Ikeoha Political Rivals and other haters should seize fire.
The prompt intervention of the Governor of Ebonyi State (The Best Performing Governor in the South East since the return of the present democracy in 1999). Is a proof that Sen. Ike Ekweremadu is a noble man of integrity and honour. Recall that Ikeoha is not the same political party with the governor of Ebonyi State Dave Umahi. But having shared same party in the past and as a major stakeholder in Nigeria Umahi and so many other leaders knows what Ikeoha Ndigbo is capable of doing.
To this end, the governor had reached out and fixed a meeting with the family of the alleged minor who by every indication deceived UK police with lies about his coming to the UK and amongst all his evil lies was that he is a minor. But taking into consideration detailed letter to the UK embassy by Ikeoha, the Ebonyi government was convinced that Ikeoha had no hidden intention against the said David Nwamini. The Ebonyi Government also discovered through his younger brother that David also lied to the Bank that issued him Verification and to National Identity Management that issued him National Identity Number prior to meeting Ikeoha, that he was born in the year 2000. This means that by this date, he is about 22years, even though his younger brother According reporters will be 22years this year 2022.
This revelation by his brother further revealed that David have since been into the system of manipulating facts to gain favour. It is shocking that he pretended to the police that he was never aware what brought him to UK but was only promised a good life for nothing. One wonders what business that will make Ikeoha sponsor an unknown person who never approached him for assistance to travel overseas. His ability to have being operating Facebook also showed that he can read and write. He attended interview at the embassy in Nigeria and gave them his date of birth before a visa on medical ground was issued to him. But this young man whom many are convinced had premeditated intention to disappoint sick Sonia Ekweremadu and ensure she died while her parents are in jail, lied to UK Police. One wonder those that gave him such information and why they decided to jail Ikeoha and his wife through lies that suggest breach of Uk’s modern day slavery laws by the Ekweremadus.
Surprisingly, many people especially Igbo people who should protect their own was the first to enumerate UK laws and was praying and convincing people while Ikeoha and his wife should be jailed not minding the health nature of their daughter Sonia. But by the grace of God, recent revelations have shown clearly that a noble man cannot serve a criminal’s sentence. Many have suddenly realized that there is probably someone or some people behind the scene, playing the music that David Nwamini is dancing.
Consequently, political rivals and other haters of the rising profile of Ikeoha should seize fire and join in marketing Ikeoha good image to the whole world and appealing to the UK Government to release Ikeoha and his Wife and as well ensure that Sonia is treated. It is on record that the senator is the best senator in Nigeria and had for many years headed constitutional review of Nigeria. His empowerment through Ikeoha foundation and the attraction of great project in the area of roads, power, water etc across many States in Nigeria speaks volume.
Today, to the glory of God, the Nigerian Immigration had issued a state that David Nwamini is 22years according to information David submitted to them. And that due process was followed in granting David his international passport. This revelation overrides any other information that is available to the UK government by hearsay or pretense.
I Hon. Ejike Okeke, humbly appeal to the prosecutor and UK government to free Ikeoha and his wife, since it is now obvious that he didn’t trafficked any minor or adult nor ever had any secret dealing with the intention to exploit David. The UK government should also ensure that David should be given maximum sentence for deceiving its respected police and legal system and damaging the image of the former three times Deputy President of Nigerian Senate and former Speaker ECOWAS parliament.
We pray that Sonia receives divine healing so that God will miraculous replace her affected organ in Jesus name, amen.
