Enugu State APC: AC Udeh Clarifies Status of Ugo Agballah in APC.

Says the Desperate Jobber is not a card carrying member of APC but imposed on the party for some transaction by some greedy leaders working for the opposition PDP.

Sequel to a press release by the Factional Chairman of APC in Enugu state, Chief Ugochukwu Agballa on some media platforms; making Unauthorised and unfounded lies on behalf of our noble party (APC) in Enugu state, which would have been left as a charade from a drowning and known Imposter,
I, Com. A.C. Ude, the Mainstream Chairman of The All Progressive Congress in Enugu state hereby debunk the charade of Lies peddled by the alleged factional chairman and state categorically that –

1. The drowning Factional Chairman (Chief Ugochukwu Agballa) is not familiar with the constitution and guidelines of APC owning to the fact that he is not a card carrying member of the party in Enugu state and hence, cannot speak or act on behalf of the party in Enugu state.
2. Chief Ugochukwu Agballa’s alleged membership of APC in Enugu State is still under litigation at the Federal High Court in Abuja; and until proven otherwise, he is not a member of APC in Enugu state.
3. Chief Ugochukwu Agballa, The Clueless factional Chairman fail to understand that the deadline for the submission of Party Candidates, has been shifted by INEC to the 6th of June, 2022.
4. The alleged Factional Chairman, Chief Ugochukwu Agballa, fail to understand that he doesn’t have the Locus Standi to determine who should or can be the representative of the party owning to the fact that he is not a member of the party in Enugu state, let alone being a delegate.
   Going by the electoral act as amended, only approved party delegates can decide who becomes the party’s flagbearer.

Going by the foregoing and the need to field a Tested and Trusted Candidate, that has a clear cut Manifesto, capable of deepening democracy in Enugu State and delivering campaign promises and challenge the outdated politics of money bags in Enugu State, we make bold to say that the Best candidate for the job in Enugu State is Sen. Prof. Ike Ekwerenmadu and moles and money bags, parading themselves as members cannot subvert this noble cause on the alter of crumbs they might have received.
Enugu shall be better again and IKE is the answer.
