Foreign Affairs Minister – Onyeama reporting Enugu State congress outcome through hearsay

Although, there are many who indicated interest to become the governor of Enugu State after Chimaroke Nnamani, competence and pedigree was former Governor Chima’s sole perimeter used in arriving at the decision of supporting His Excellency Sullivan Chime. Recall that Sullivan Chime is not just a man chosen out of friendship, he is a successful lawyer and from a family with a Surname. His capacity earned him the Attorney General of Enugu State for five (5years) under Former Governor Chimaroke Nnamani. His integrity, capacity and pedigree earned him the choice of Successor to the ex Governor Chimaroke amidst other old friends, allies and supporters at that time.
The Blind, the deaf and dumb and the mad people on the streets and villages of Enugu State felt the impact of Sullivan administration. The modernized roads with walk ways and gutters, the non stop street lights, the linking roads and dualized road, health and academic facilities and over 300 kilometers rural roads etc still revolve in the mindset of Enugu people and visitors alike. In all these achievements, this man never talked about it, if not that physical infrastructure markets itself, one will not know who did what. He was forced to accept the publishing of a book that enumerated some of his achievements because he believes in silent achievements.
His nature have not changed in APC, he had maintained that high level of pedigree and achieving a lot through silence. What the bitter desperate political businessmen sponsoring unknown bloggers refused to tell the public is that Sullivan Chime does not use bribe to induce anybody, neither does he work with known rogues and crooks. He have being in active politics for many years and have encountered most of this rogues and crooks who are only interested in milking people dry. It is only the leadership of APC headed by Dr. Ben Nwoye that can rightly say that His Excellency Former Governor Sullivan Chime have not contribute financially for the progress of Enugu State APC. At the last Enugu west APC meeting he presided over at the Dome Event Center Enugu, members were at the hall paid by someone, but these unknown writer didn’t ask his pay masters who paid for the hall and how much was the cost of using the hall?.
Crying over his membership of the APC National Reconciliation Committee is just the same cry done over Mai mala Buni’s Chairmanship of APC National Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, which at the end amounted to nothing. Sullivan Chime is a major Stakeholder in his ward, Enugu west zone, Enugu State and Nigeria. He is a member of the APC Board of Trustees and have a say in anything that happens in APC at all levels. His membership of the APC National reconciliation committee is not an avenue that will warrant an elder to watch the she goat deliver while tied to the rope. Just as he clearly explained the meaning of rogue and how laws are made during the presentation and adoption of the zoning committee reports, these rogues thought that Sullivan will keep quiet in Enugu west while injustice and greed is at the centre stage of Enugu State APC. He presided over a meeting of Enugu West that Micro zoned the APC State Chairman to Aninri, Awgu and Oji-River Federal Constituency, but the rogues ignored that facts that he have tripartite role to play while discharging his duty as a member of APC National Reconciliation committee. It is his duty as the leader of the party in Enugu West to state things as they were.
In his bid to hijack the party, His Excellency Geoffrey Onyema, accepted a meeting held by his PA instead of that held by former Governor Chime, a member of APC Board of Trustees and a former Governor. Even though Micro Zoning was done in other zones was presented and adopted Onyeama failed to reason that while he is the minister, the APC Enugu State Chairman should go to Another Federal Constituency within the senatorial zone. He gave dead ears to the fact that Udi man just finished his tenure as APC National Vice Chairman South East. He refused to recognized that Udi have SSA to Mr. President, who also was given the senatorial Ticket of APC in 2019. This man and Emma Enukwu have clearly reveal whom they are before all party members even those supporting them based on bogus non coming promises and desperate expectations knows that they are the ones doing business with Enugu State APC.
In their desperate nature, they failed to narrate the position of Chief Ken Nnamani who also represents the South East at the National Caretaker Committee of the APC during the APC National Reconciliation Committee sitting. He publicly told the committee that what happened on 16th October was not a congress and that if they should go by it, it means setting Enugu State on fire. I expected them to also blame the man for saying the truth since he should have kept quiet because of his position at the National caretaker. While Ken Nnamani was reporting what he saw with his own eyes, the minister of foreign affairs was reporting what Ugo Agballah told him about the congress. Recall that the minister hardly attend any APC meeting where all members are present but usually fix his own meeting. He was nowhere to be found in almost all the meetings before the congress and never showed face after the congress. These rogues are professionals in rushing to take pictures with Stakeholders in other to use same in deceiving people at the grassroot. The unknown blogger said the Ugo Agballah ward members said this and that without mentioning any single name of such people for identification and confirmation neither were they able to show us such ward register and the date of registration.
Recall that APC did it Revalidation and Re registration exercise and concluded it before we saw Ugochukwu Agballah, during that exercise, he was not a member of the APC. This is the basis of His excellency Sullivan Chime’s Argument. Based on that revelation, many party membership slip with Ugo Agballah’s Passport bearing different dates, different codes and other errors have continued to flood APC Whatsapp pages by his desperate supporters. Haven failed to fake the membership slip, Chief Emma Enukwu who didn’t start counting of those on the line on the day of the failed congress but jumped to eighty and finally announced over six hundred votes now remembered that party guidelines gave waiver to all new members. He didn’t ask, if the congress guidelines gave waiver to non members and those with different APC membership slips?. Does it gave waiver to those that joined the party in August 2021 but parading fake Party Membership slip that bears February and March 2021, as their dates of registration as APC Members?. Does it gave waiver to those who is suspected of fraud and those projected by the PDP to destabilize the Enugu State APC?. Does it gave waiver to a person whom the micro Zoning of the position he or she wanted to contest was zoned to another federal constituency?. Was the Congress guidelines against zoning, Micro zoning and Consensus?
While they continue to desperately attack genuine party members like Sullivan Chime whom his Character and Pedigree earned him APC National recognition, I suggest that urgent psychiatric attention be given to these desperate leaders because desperation of this magnitude is a symptom of madness.
